Some Advice to take care of our skin

Hello Brandon of Ontario,thanks for your question. You said that you are currently washing your face four times a day, I think its a little bit over to wash your face four times,it will make your acne more irritated by rubbing it always.Believe it or not I experience very severe acne when I was 31 years old due to stress and hormonal imbalance; when I consult my dermatologist and open up about my washing habit she said that I overdo it like the way you do now.The best is to wash our face one in the morning and in the evening, with the soap without perfume; for example: oilatum soap; ponds facial Foam;glycerine soap etc...it washes away the dirt, oil and impurities that cause dullness and acne. Then after washing your face, Apply acne cream to the acne itself; you can chose from this brand; Clearasil,cremecort cream,clarins, etc; then afterwards apply facial cream that fits your skin, you can chose from this brand, nivea,clarins,vichy,louis widmer, etc....If your acne is too severe you can go and visit a doctor and ask a presciption of the Rouacoutane pils for it to stop completely in short time.and for you not to experience deep or pitted acne scar afterwards.Goodluck to you and I hope that my advice will help you.
